Terms of Use

By using the GuideVan platform, whether via website or application, you are deemed to accept these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before use.

1. Definitions

“Platform” means the GuideVan website and application. “User” means the traveler/customer who books services. “Driver” and “Vehicle Owner” mean service providers registered through the platform.

2. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information when registering
  • You are responsible for keeping your password and account secure
  • Drivers and vehicle owners must pass document verification (KYC) before providing services

3. Booking and Payment

  • Service prices are calculated according to the platform's pricing formula and may be adjusted based on time period/season (Surge/Season Multiplier)
  • Payment is made via PromptPay or other channels supported by the platform
  • Booking cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy specified for each service type

4. Notifications via Various Channels

The platform may send notifications about booking status, job queues, payouts, and news through your chosen channel, such as in-app notifications, email, or LINE Official Account if you have linked your LINE account. You may opt out of LINE notifications at any time.

5. Driver and Vehicle Owner Responsibilities

  • Must hold a valid, unexpired driver's license
  • Vehicles must have compulsory motor insurance and be in roadworthy condition
  • Must comply with the platform's safety standards and code of conduct

6. Limitation of Liability

The platform acts as an intermediary connecting users with drivers/vehicle owners and will use its best efforts to ensure services run smoothly and safely. However, the platform is not liable for damages arising from force majeure events or the actions of third parties beyond the platform's control.

7. Account Suspension or Termination

The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who violate these Terms of Use or engage in behavior that is harmful to other users or the platform.

8. Amendments to These Terms

The platform may update these Terms of Use from time to time, and will notify users via the website. Continued use of the service after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
